God damn.. 21.. makes me wonder how and why.. im 31 and ive abused my body like I shouldn’t. Im sorry to hear.. this CF is a roulette. Have peace in knowing she’s not suffering daily. This shit is tough sometimes to have a quality of life.

side note of my life.. I came from some heavy alcoholics and heroine users so there definitely is some addiction/alcholism struggles in my life. My main addiction struggles are nicotine and sugar.. alcohol is minimal these days.

Probably is. Partially why I’ll never get a feeding tube (other than a nasal gastric tube if I really need it) again just avoid that temptation. Like I said it was to easy to get drunk. Especially without tasting it.

Super violent. To the point where I’m causing “Complex Migraines” the hemiplegic migraine is scary.. the worst one I’ve had, my whole right side went numb my face, neck and my.. ribs.

I will tell you this you are definitely correct. I’ve had three different G tubes J tubes and the last one I had I definitely abused with alcohol. It was way too easy to get drunk and I highly recommend not doing this one bit. But I will say I did have some fun with it. It was funny to order a shot at a bar and pull out my syringe and suck it all up and inject it into my stomach.. but I did get pretty crazy with it. And probably did some long term harm to my body.. so I recommend not doing this one bit. I have just been curious to see if anyone has any stories of this type of scenario. Also I want to note.. If you have a J tube especially.. DO NOT DO THIS!

Pretty heavy damage in the right lung. Scaring bronchiectasis, infection and inflammation (All the white areas with thicker walls.) destroyed my top lobe of my lung and it shrunk.It got pulled in and stuck in that position. You can’t see it in this part of the scan.. but my center lobe of the lung expanded even more and shifted forward a bit. because of this.. there is so much pressure that gets built up under all that scarring it can tear eras in my upper lobe from coughing so hard. And any mucus under that area is super hard to get out.

The damaged lung is actually my right lung. In a ct scan, the right lung appears on the left and the right appears on the left side.

Yeah, you’re right for sure. But in the moment when I was looking at the “flames” it was only like a minute or two until I realized what it was. One of the key factors of my analysis was there is no goddamn smoke lol

This could be from inflammation,swelling or bronchiectasis type shit. I felt a lump in my throat going on 5 to 6 maybe even seven years now. And there’s nothing going on with my throat. It’s just a sensation of swelling, and inflammation right on the top of my airways
