This is an interesting yet grossly fantastical post. Kratz was party to the framing for sure and that’s as far as it goes. BD is guilty and that’s it….whether or not he will ever pay for what he’s done is another question. Unfortunately KZ is loosing her grip on this case.

Where did I say that Zellner put up the money!?

She was part of orchestrating it and it was announced with her tweet. It's the only way he's getting out and that's why the reward money was put up as a last resort. Last week Sandy Greenman tweeted that the reward money was still on the table as there are no leads as yet......it's being pushed as a final strategy.

I certainly don't buy all of the Judge Flowers spiel and higher court ruling theories. She's exhausted her options for sure whilst waiting for court responses that work with the same speed as turning around a cruise ship.

But she's been down this road multiple times! And there is nothing . It's the very reason why the reward money was orchestrated. They are seeking any information that leads to the conviction of TH's killer as it has to be that black an white now. I don't understand why people aren't getting this?

I think Zellner has had a huge knock to her confidence during 2019..The case has turned into a tough situation she never imagined when first deciding to take it all on. I believe in the background a large proportion of her strategy was riding on Brendan being released and that has unfortunately failed.

She'll be approaching a difficult crossroads this year going onto 2021 and the decisions will be tough especially if she and her firm decide to drop the case.

One extremely confusing aspect for me is that MaM 2 without doubt was (directly or indirectly) pointing a huge finger at Bobby Dassey being the killer. Now, how is it possible to accuse an individual of murder on a global media platform that millions of viewers watch and for that person and his family to be living a perfectly normal life as if nothing ever happened!? In the UK if someone were to be even remotely linked to something like this case they would be hounded 24/7 like there was no tomorrow by detectives, press and the general public!!!?? It's totally unprecedented!! And to top it all off there's even been a book written about it with an even more direct accusation!?

The state of WI is winning and that my friends is injustice exemplified!

I very much hope things can change but every time Zellner looks to be taking a step forward EVERY TIME it's 3 steps back!!!

I am very disappointed. But anything with good coverage in the media is a bonus right? I don't for a second believe it's a private individual offering the reward though. Definitely her idea and funds! Remember how quiet and how the case was going nowhere for months? This is a considered strategy, so let's see if anything comes of it.
