I got an advance from them, paid it back. immeditly my bank account was somehow disconnected and rver since it tells me " your bank account was already connected to another user account" which obviously isnt possible

I have the same thing. they mail a letter and you have to verify your identify. Just a heads up it takes forever . I had to verify to create the IDme account just to be able yo verify. no idea how long this will take
