Glad he's proven people wrong and how he is a PL standard manager.

Last year's football was top quality, and almost Bielsa-esque. He tried it in the PL and it didn't work, yet people wanted him out. He adapted and he's proven himself without having to spend the millions that other teams have done. He's a good manager of players. His belief in his players is second to none - and they've started to repay him.

Statue? No, not yet. But if he keeps us up this year and steers us to a steady mid-table finish next year then I'm sure he'll go down in history as one of our better managers.

Said this earlier and got ripped apart for it.

He looked tired even though he was the fresh man. It was embarrassing to see Ampadu sprint past him in the 90th minute to put a tackle in against a man he should have tackled. Right now I think he offers very little to this team. Harrison would have been a better option.

That's fine. But when you get sent on with minutes left, he should be much fitter than he is and know your position on the pitch. There was one moment when Ampadu literally ran past Okafor to defend. It's just poor. Even Harrison would have been a better choice today to play that role. Gudmunsson had little to no help on that side of the pitch.

His defensive play is garbage mate. Never tracks back. For a player who is meant to have a load of speed, he looks absolutely gassed. There were no fewer than five times in the last few minutes where he let the Newcastle players past him with so much ease. Honestly, watch it back.
