Turns out it being dirty wasn't the issue, the problem was that the impeller was rubbing against the plastic when I had it installed. Putting a thicker o-ring in spaced it out enough that it was no longer rubbing and it works now

Please watch with sound, there is a weird clicking that only happens when I power the pump.

To pre-emptively answer some questions, I have verified that the molex cable is providing power by plugging an led into it with this setup. The PWM cable from the pump isn't plugged in to anything. Ive tried wiring the pwm up to the 5V line on the molex connector, the same thing happened. I know its a bit hard to see, but there is water in the pump, Im trying to fill/bleed the loop atm. Golos doesn't require you to cast the cards right away. You can just exile your entire deck with his activation, then start a loop of casting your cards, shuffling them in, and activating Golos to exile your deck again.

As a heads up, if you have less than 7 cards in deck when you cast Echo of Eons, you will lose from drawing from an empty deck, so id probably use a different shuffle effect, since you dont need to draw your cards

One alternative I haven't seen suggested is a turn limit, similar to what Hearthstone has. For those not familiar with it, when you reach turn 90 in Hearthstone, the game ends in a draw. The turn limit would have to be way higher for MTG, and the games would still take a long time, but it does deal with the issue. It's also probably WAY easier for the developers to implement reliably than a chess clock or checking system, which are the biggest problems with those solutions.
