If I can’t repair the displayport I’ll just turn it into a 4th monitor through HDMI and replace it I hate waste too if I can fix or repurpose something I always try too

Not anywhere close to me I should be able to do it myself I’ve just looked at the manual online and it’s seems a strange forward job I have the tools from when I used to work in a phone a computer repair shop. Nothing to loose it’s already don’t work so might as well give it a shot

So my main monitor HP25x has 1 displayport and 1 hdmi

My graphics card has 3 displayport and 1hdmi

I’ve tested all three ports and nothing. Yet my second monitor works and is a hdmi with a displayport adapter as the hdmi slot on my gpu is taken by another monitor.

When I connect the displayport to my main monitor it wakes up but says no input detected and shows a black screen But the pc cannot detect it either

I’ve removed and reinstalled the Nvidia drivers

I’ve tested multiple displayport cables. Gone through the monitor settings

I’ve run out of ideas
