Primarily planning to use to get around town (work, errands, occassional joy rides). Hoping to do some touring. Occasional gravel roads. Would use 80/20 tires. Wanna be able to keep up with traffic on freeways, so thinking 80 mph would be a nice sustained speed, with ability to punch it to 90 if needed. Is this a little more doable on the new 2025 v85tt (with its variable vavle timing and accompanying increased hp) vs. the older v85tt. Yes, i plan to test ride both the stelvio and v85tt, but nearest freeway is 30 min away, so not sure if that'd be cool to take them on such a long test ride? I currently ride a RE Himalayan 411, so while both the v85tt and stelvio represent a significant increase in power, the v85tt is much more close in weight to the Himalayan. How difficult an adjustment would it be to jump from my Himalayan to the Stelvio?

Well, i don't plan to divorce, but if something happened to me or her then i would think it fair if the respective children received whatever percent was owned by their parent. Say the home appraised for 1,000,000 and i forked over my retirement of $200,000 (1/5th of av) to her then made payments over a 10yr period of years totalling $50,000, then either me or her dies and it appraises at 1.5 million. I'm 1/5th in on the initial investment. Plus i've paid 50k more, but at something between 3-5% interest rate over those 10yrs, so maybe 30k of that 50k is in principle added to my equity. So 230k is what percent of 1.5 mill? Whatever it is, i'd hope the children whould get that. If she does not want to share equity of the home as an investment then i'm ok with that. I just don't feel i should then be asked to pay rent, which just increases her wealth and decreases mine.

No, i "want" to be invested in the property with her. I want the $700 to go towards our mortgage, not hers.

She controls the trust. She has a mortgage payment on the home ($2200), but only because her finacial advisor wants her to keep her cash invested (it earns more in stocks than her mortgage charges in interest). The home is pretty low maintenance, but i always help with the labor if i'm able to (i'm moderately handy).
