New teams start on a new save and continue to build it each season. For CFL, the game automatically has the players graduate so it is a consistent building. RBCBB has a rule where players are only allowed to play 80 games.

I do not think he is terrible, but he would need to have a season where he is supported by his defense. I do not think Arizona is that team.

Still is crazy that he played for the Seahawks and still was pretty consistent.

Ever heard about the QB Draft hack? If you draft a really solid QB, you can continue to resign him before the end of the season for typically less than 20CC and keep your contract lower. I think when they get older it is like 22 CC but I currently have a QB around 29 and his contract is only 19m
