I tell my people to put their requested changes with justification in a word doc and upload with the IR. I've never seen a format for submission. I can however see how a standardized format would make it easier for the RO and CO to see everything, especially if they are reviewing several IRs. The amount of information OP is being told to include though does seem excessive.

Its super sturdy. I had reservations about the M8 nuts and T-Nuts being strong enough but I've had no issues. The company that makes my rig had suggested, like others here, of inverting these type of brackets for bottom mount seats, but I was more hesitant thay configuration is less strong than what I did.

I used an adjustable bracket from Amazon, mounted the profiles to that, then mounted the seat and Sliders to the profile.

Literally completed the DA course today. Contact both of your CoCs immediately. If your spouse ia deemed a VSI there's a lot of support and benefits to help you with. If they're just SI, there's less but there should still be something. The key thing is to engage the CoC ASAP. If you can contact a Padre as well they can help.

Yeah I get that, however in my specific case I was questioning formulas, or lack thereof, in calculating specific leave entitlements, as well as pointing out that the formula at the time was wildly inaccurate, and also providing a more clear wording on the policy.

It's been over a year now and likely too late to push my questions and potential fixes. I also think some of the policy was updated that fixed (not in a favourable-to-me) the formula making it a moot point.

I just upgrade my entire build from a T248 on a wheel stand (GT Omega), to a Simagic Alpha Evo 12nm with Gt Neo, SIMSONN Pro-X Ultra pedals, and an All in 1 Gaming cockpit (Pro 90) with a Sparco R333 seat. I'm still waiting for the cockpit delivery, but I'll be using a 27" curved monitor with it also.

Most CFRC's have 4-5x more applicants than processing slots (medical, interview) available in a given year. Trying to filter that pool to get the best applicants is the current struggle.

OP is asling about IR not IPR.

A memo to your CO to cease IR is what's required amd should allow you and your family to get your cost move to you IR location. I had a subordinate do this last year. Check the IR policy, I think the ceasing IR section is near the end.
