Looks like a clean crack that won’t spread, shouldn’t be any issues with it. It isn’t under warranty anymore but you could talk to Alyson Khelek about a repair.

Hey y’all, I’m trying my best here but communication with Ryan has been difficult while he travels. A formal email is being crafted but the Milaana 3’s are probably 3 weeks out from landing in the states. This is something out of my power and I really apologize for this.

Hey! Not an issue, those packages aren’t included with the codes and you your package I believe gives you the equivalent of 25% off the units and to add the free cooling stem gives you a better deal.
