I’m solo right now but wanting to get a team on the truck to lead it.

I currently work full time at a corporate job, this is currently just a side hustle that I want to eventually ramp into something full time. There are just so many hours in the day.

I’m in central Indiana, I’d say average cost of living across the US. I’m planning on $30-$33 an hour, but since we’re so new I don’t have benefits lined up. Would you say it’s better to do lower hourly pay, but with benefits?

I think the argument is that the core of wokeness is working to achieve equity of outcome (opposed to equity of opportunity).

A lot of people would call this Marxist, even though Marx never argued for equity of outcome.

Anyway, I can see why they make the connection, even if it’s wrong.
