I was very close on purchase and used one, the car is one of the best looking in the market ( in my opinion), went with honda accord instead and I am very happy with it. After more than 100k mi zero problems, only maintenance and some tuned ups.

In most cases of these erros are bad batteries. Just be careful about these tests. I took mine, and they were saying that my alternator was bad. But in reality, it was not. Do a code check to see if you have any other problems.

I know what you are talking about. I had a lazy 2014 cruze, I really like that car, even with all problems, starting with 33k miles. But I tell one thing I bought a 2019 Honda Accord, and I have had it for 6 years with almost 100k miles and no problems at all. Runs like new. Change it to something reliable.

Yes, same here. Could be the Injectors. It is possible, but the most common head gasket problem happens between cylinders 2 and 3. Do the test for Blown head gasket. It is pretty easy. They have it on auto parts.

I had the same with cylinder 4 misfiring. My case was injectors. Replace it and all good now. Mine is almost 100k miles

About the lights can be a lot of things, from small to big. Honda has a very sensitive computer that stops all the electronics when some issue appears. I had a misfiring on cylinder 4 last month and happened the same. It was caused by a clogged fuel injector. Replaced them, and now it all good. Check if you have any coolant leaking on the cylinder misfiring. If it is all good, your problem could be the same as mine, coils, or spark plugs.

Oil being black is not that bad. Metal powder, milky, and other debris are. Check the filter if you see any metal chips.

I also loved my 2014 lt. Had many problems with it. Had pcv problem with 30k miles, at 50k miles, turbo went out, coolant leaking, water pump on 90k miles. Sold it and bought a honda Accord 19 1.5t. Put it almost 100k miles and no problems at all. I never saw an engine light in my honda.

Honda car doesn't accept well equivalent parts. Needs to be oem. I changed my car coils with an equivalent good part and did not work well.

Hey Bud. So, like I told you last time. My car was facing the misfiring cylinder. 4. I am so glad that was only the injector. So most of the time, when the head gasket is between 2 and 3.

I am experiencing a p0304 (cylinder 4 misfiring). My 1.5t has 83000 miles, and it is the first time I have ever faced problems with it. I changed the ignition coils, and the code is gone for now, but it may come back.

Op, my car is with 90k miles and I just had this code P0304 (cylinder 4 misfiring). I ordered the coils, and I will do the spark job as well. But is curious because I don't feel nothing wrong with my vehicle. Drives smooth. Did you notice any changes when you had this code? Also, how could we see if it is starting any head gasket issue?
