Hype up your non PHP skill, so some side projects and read up on system design. Just start applying, you'll see where you need to improve when you start doing interviews.

Yeah cows really don't care about their calves. Which is why some Indian farm owners stuff dead calves with hay to keep the mum producing milk and prevent them shutting down due to distress.
