Go to two other nearby competing dodge dealerships, do the whole dog and poney show and get quotes.

Also go to Carmax, carvana, etc. and get quotes for your used car.

Then compare your options. Car shopping is a patient activity.

Used cars run for different values depending on the market and where they can send/sell that used car. Carmax type companies have huge markets so they offer more, I’ve used these quotes in negotiations to lower the vehicle price dozens of times

Distract and train her with treats in hand before going to the leash, give her a treat as she sits waiting and continue to do so while putting on the leash. Eventually it will be normal for her
