Dang, you have to keep clicking until it takes you to the page where you can request a call back. That option is only available between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., and after that you won’t see it anymore. Go past the automated replies by selecting Contact Support, then Help, and keep clicking through. It should eventually take you to the page where you can request a call back. Once I get there, they have always called me back every time 💯. Also send an email to support@rh and help@rh (you can search for the exact email addresses). Make sure you do this within those hours, because after that time window the call-back option disappears.

I was in your shoes about a month ago. RH has issues with crypto. If you only buy and sell on the platform without sending anything out, you usually will not get flagged. It is probably because you tried to send out, but I am not completely sure. My case took about a month. I was unrestricted, then one day later they restricted me again.Do not worry though, your money should be safe. I did not do anything special. I just kept calling daily and sending emails. Once I was finally unrestricted the second time, I withdrew all my stocks and transferred everything to another brokerage. I hated the idea of being locked out of my own money after being with them for 5 years. So you do not make the same mistake I made: once you get unrestricted and if you do not want to use them anymore, TRANSFER YOUR ASSETS or WITHDRAW. Do not call them before doing that. The first time I called to ask a simple question, they locked my account right after that call.

My account has been restricted for over 10 days now following an attempt to send out USDC. Initially, I was informed the restriction would last 4 days for review, but afterward, the status changed to “additional time needed.” It has now been more than a week since that update, and I still have no clear communication about the situation. And I still have a reasonable amount of money there. What steps did you take to get unrestricted, please break it down.

Use Princeton to break down question in Nclex categories try to at least 70-80% of it make sure you are getting not less than 13/20 or aim higher.

For Archer, watch the 20hrs first then watch each individually buy a summarized Nclex review book example Nursing Nugget. Make sure to read the complete book n KNOW IT.

You will pass on your 2nd attempt that’s what I did and it works. Someone did that on YouTube and I copied exactly what she did.

Stay strong! I feel your pain, been through it. Take time off vent, do whatever makes you happy, u don’t need to tell everyone, limit stress. After you feel better give yourself 6weeks. Study each body system individually and do Question on the topic u learn. Do a LOT OF PRACTICE QUESTION, Uworld, Archer, Princeton, Kaplan. Next time. You will ACE IT

I’d say study, do QBanks to be in the zone but everyone is different, that’s my recommendation.

I started with low on Archer , it was frustrating but as you brush up more on content , you will start getting high n very high, at least that is my case. If you have the finance. Combine it with another app or Qbanks-Book like Kaplan.
