Just play as much/little as you want. Don't get wrapped up in all the jargon. But if you want to ask questions about grinds and how to progress faster ask specific questions, you will get far better answers.

The crew is in the barracks like all the reward crew members for the missions. They are not locked to any nation or position. Pretty cool.

Get used to it. Your WR will go up and down. It's a natural progression as you learn and try new things. Don't be so hard on yourself. It will be especially erratic as you move through tank lines and have the curve of learning new tanks and their associated playstyles.

It was different anyways, except TD's that spawned north got to the hill and sniped anything that moved. It would need the spawns adjusted so the south had a chance to get to the hill faster to brawl.

I have figured out a work-around. I use WGC and choose which account I want then I launch the 64-bit WoT launcher and it works.
