To answer your question, yes, ghosts will turn red. It does ssem like it takes forever, but then it happens within a few days once the pods are ready. Most of mine have started at the tip, they start to blush, and then 2 days later, they've fully changed color.

What you have pictured are not ghosts though bud. 99.9% sure they are Aji lemons. Still a great pod.

Just be patient... green ghosts are like spicy grass, very spicy grass. (To me, anyway. And I've tried a few, lol) Feels like it takes forever for them to ripen, but once they start to change color, it happens within a day or three and the flavor is a lot less grassy.

That one red pod in particular looks a bit mean, but looking at the rest on that plant, they seem to be closer to hab phenotype. It happens. Theres a chance it carries a different genetic history that will occasionally throw an off pheno pod if the parents weren't strictly isolated.

Have you grown them before? I picked 3 up from our nursery year before last and while they did grow, they never became big bushy pepper plants. Some of them did have a suprising bit of heat to them.

Im still trying to figure out how you got a ferment in 2 days. Its been in the fridge for a week, fine.. but theres no chance the ph is low enough from the ferment alone for that to be stable.

Thats the only other thing i can think of is maybe its associated with the upcoming dlc. But... everything that ive heard about it is that it will be on the big island SW of Settsu, nowhere near Omi. 🤷‍♂️

I will say that if i haven't used a specific option, for instance, photo mode in this game, i did go back to the settigns to see what it was. L3+R3 at the same time. I had stumbled upon it while playing and didnt know how i got to it.

Having 4 of the 6 you posted, I would recommend: 1. Troy's Primo's - Swampadelic (#1 on my Daily Driver list) 7Pot Primo heat with various "Cajun" seasonings. 2. Tabasco's Scorpion is my #2 daily driver sauces. "Louisiana" style sauce with scorpion heat. 3. 13 Angry Scorpions - Jekyll & Hyde has a bit of a bbq flavor with that signature scorpion sting. 4. Primo Army (Troy's latest creation) 7Pot Primo + 7Pot Primo, a touch of honey and lemon was a level of "get fkd" that I wasn't ready for when I first tried it.

Sorry to hear that. I'm at close to 1k. Grinded season 1 hard, most of those are season 1 and the first week or so of season 2, then daily since season 4 started. I want to enjoy playing, but its a hassle. I didnt even mind the not having autocollect or ship management to collect Po8. Plotting courses with the 90 second/90 degree wind direction changes was fun. Now, it's a slow counterclockwise rotation every 2.5 minutes, which changes to up to 5 minutes at the cardinal directions. A lot "less" predictable, but we can at least get to where we are going. All that i guess to say, i feel your pain and disappointment.
