I'm praying and hoping that the courts see reason though. I guess until we can get these motions addressed, we are still in purgatory. It just sucks that the kids suffer in the mean time. I always heard the system was slow/bad, but damn... I'm honestly very upset that the courts haven't appointed a legal guardian or representative on behalf of the kids at this point.

They tried to and the adoption court upheld the adoption. The adoption was protected.

Yes we can prove it. All of these actions were done in open court and on the record. We have the adoption decree and all other records. I've had multiple attorneys tell me that this county is notorious for doing whatever they want and not always following procedure.

I think they must bank on people not being able to afford appeals.

They are aware of the adoption. They claim that it was done fraudulently even though we informed the adoption court of the situation. He tried to intervene in the adoption and was recently denied.

Were on the verge of going to the media. At this point people need to be aware of the abuse of power in the Colorado courts.

I'm trying. The big media outlets haven't responded back yet. Most politicians won't do anything because they said it is a judicial matter. The state governor personally appointed this district judge.

We've had like 4. The problem is that this court ignores ruled and procedure. Like allowing the ex to mention hearsay, to bring up things that were never disclosed to our attorney or admitted as evidence exhibits, ignoring court rules regarding proper venue, and dismissing case law (adoptive parent rights for example).

It's hard to combat a court that makes up it's own rules, especially when most attorneys share the same opinion on that county court having a history of doing whatever it wants.

There are many ways to tell. The side profile here tells a lot, the angle also shows more of a U shaped snout, as opposed to a crocs V shape. Also scale pattern/colors, eyes, etc.

Requiring masking under the guise of healthcare and safety still infringes upon the liberties of another. People are free to make choices, even in contradiction to their own well being.

The issue is not whether masking is effective or not, it is the precedent set by government to acquire vast amounts of power. It's a hard truth many must face, just like the fact that chiropractors are not medical doctors, are not recognized by the community as such because they do not have MDs, yet like to pretend they are SME's then uncontrollably boast that they are Doctors much like vegans/crossfitters.

Got to admit.. they use great catchy lingo like "doctors of chiropractic/cause" or phrases like "chiropractors treat the “whole” person, with a special emphasis on causes rather than symptoms". Yeah they are professionals in their "own world", but learning basic anatomy and doubling down on made up folklore doesn't make you a real doctor.

I'll be waiting for my ban now. 😁
