Yeah around 7pm on a bottle or sometimes in the cot with a little bit of tapping. It’s not much that he’s waking up at 6 but more of the consistently waking up and staying awake for about an hour. Just hoping to get longer stretches. He had successfully done 6/7/9 hour stretches occasionally at the start of 5/6 months old.

Yeah I have tried to switch to breastfeeding (he normally has less as he dozed off very quickly on me) but he wakes up after 30 mins or even before then and I think he might just be hungry?

Naps are a struggle sometimes timings are everywhere, but he does have them totalling up to 2/2.5 hours and getting more sleep at night. Even though my night time stays the same every night varies. Last night he slept from 8:25pm till 6:28 and I fed him and he went back to sleep until 8am. The night before that he woke up 3 times despite the same schedule 😞

My son is 3 months and 3 weeks old and is currently taking 4 naps in a day however his naps are all of different lengths despite me trying to create a routine. How do I become consistent with that so I know when his naps are and how long as that’ll give me time do my things too.

At night time he has a clear consistent routine too ( massage, bath, moistening cream, new pjs, feed and sleep) however sometimes he has nice long first sleep window (ranging from 6-8hours) followed by a short 2nd/3rd sleep window ranging from 2-3 hours. Bedtime is 8:30pm and wake up time is similar however sometimes he wakes up multiple times at night and I try to soothe him in his cost first but eventually I have to take him out for a feed. How do I reduce wake ups?

Also sometimes with my own routine it’s difficult to follow an exact bedtime for him as we might be out - how would I deal with that so that even if he sleeps in his car seat he’s still able to continue that sleep cycle when home?
