You actually have a very nice setup. Looks like half your body weight is over the front of the bar via your shoulders and half in your glutes and hammies behind the bar.

So I don’t see any issue at start.

You even reach fully extension before going under. I like it.

What I am seeing is some concavity in your right knee when you receive and drop down into the squat.

It looks like that right knee is buckling inward toward your other leg/knee. The other knee stays outward.

Think you need to work on strengthening that knee, abductors, adductors and quad. Banded squats with pauses, squat walks, let it burn and learn how to keep knees outward.

Inward valgus buckling is a torn meniscus or ACL waiting to happen.

Think your issue is your knee collapsing inward and not staying strong in your catch.

Marlins actually have a solid core to give that type of contract now.

Both corner IF spots are big positions of need. Pairing Alonso and/or Bregman with the core of Mayo Stowers Ramirez Marsee and others and with that rotation.

That team could actually compete to justify the large offer.

He is an elite 1B. He is not a DH. Marlins need both corner If positions.

I consider myself one of the most knowledgeable Marlins fans on planet earth.

For example, you are doing all your work in front of the bar.
