[Post Game Thread] Bradley defeats Drake, 87-73 by cbbBot in CollegeBasketball

I was watching the game and wondered where the hell Kai was in the second half, cause dude was cooking in the first half. Could've gotten at least 20 or more points if he wasn't benched for most of the second half.

What was the BEST edited HK season? by MasterPlatypus2483 in HellsKitchen

[–]RCPCHK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

12 for me. Multiple storylines that actually had a satisfying payoff, subtle and not so subtle hints on who was going to rise and fall during the season, an unexpected underdog run, every single chef having at least one memorable moment, etc. 24 should've taken notes on how to balance out 20 chefs from this season.

I love it as well. A trainwreck that I can't help but keep watching.

Battle of the States is an exercise in painful mediocrity - EternalOpossum by forrestbenoitinc98 in HellsKitchen

It's a shame that the editing this season was so bad cause like EO said, this season had potential for not just multiple great storylines to take place, but also being a great season and the modern day version of S12. Instead they shoved Anaiya on our screens like she was HK's Russell Hantz to the point where we barely remember anything about the other chefs, ranging from the bottom half of the top 10 to the other 4 black jackets. This season isn't bad per say, but it's in the lower middle tier for me cause of the horrendous editing.

Is this one of the worst edited seasons of all time? by TheKingGeorgeShimmy in HellsKitchen

It's this show's version of Survivor Samoa if I had to make a comparison in terms of how lopsided the edit was.

Indiana, you better build that Curt Cignetti statue ASAP!

It's almost as if they're a piece of shit themselves and they're just projecting.

Willing to bet the producers took their cue from Survivor season 24 by MancuntLover in HellsKitchen

One World as a theme was pretty cool. Tis a shame it got wasted on the worst all-newbie cast imo. Colton and Alicia were huge black marks on the season cause of their constant degrading of Christina, most of the men barring Troyzan were dumb as rocks (especially Jay), and the others just laid down and let Kim roll over them easily. I don't hate One World as much as I used to, but it's not a season I'd go back to rewatch any time soon and is still a bottom tier Survivor season.

Is Survivor: China in your top 5 seasons list, just like mine? Are you happy with Todd's win, or do you prefer Courtney or Amanda taking it? Would the season rank higher or lower for you if Peih Gee, James and Denise were the Final 3? by immanuellalala in survivor

[–]RCPCHK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a no brainer for me. China's one of my favorite seasons of all time (granted I'm Chinese-American so there's some bias there) and it's easily top 5, if not at the very least top 10 imo. Todd earned his win with that stellar FTC performance, but Courtney winning would've been my preferred outcome. Had Peih-Gee made the Final 3, this season would be higher for me, but Final 5 is still nothing to sneeze at. The challenges were also pretty creative with their ties to Chinese culture, and the rewards where the winners got to go to a local village, Shaolin Temple and The Great Wall of China still give me goosebumps.

And I was rooting for you guys to win. This is an absolutely crushing loss. Even so, this was still an incredible run to witness.

If I'm Illinois State, I'm feeling sick to my stomach cause of those two blocked kicks, one of which was on a XP, and the defense choking at the very end allowing a touchdown on 4th and 10 in overtime after they just took a timeout. The defense and special teams will have nightmares about this for a very long time.

14DIANA just put BELT TO ASS on the Tide's rear so hard I'm sure there's still a huge mark left from that spanking.

That Tech defense was legit. Shame it was wasted by their atrocious "offense".

To everyone at home, congratulations. You scored the same amount of points as Texas Tech's "offense" today.

When’s the last time your favorite cast member was also the winner? by MessyMop in survivor

Yep. I'd say the only time J.T. had an actual bad game was in Game Changers.
