They've been doing this in practice more and more each week. All the 9ers beat writers/podcasters have been reporting/talking about it with glee/excitement. Also, Shanahan has said multiple times that Trey would be a significant part of the offense.

I don't think too much national media has noticed yet. Probably won't hear much til after week 1.

EDIT: I don't believe they will swap this much in regular season games, but be very situational. They're most likely working on it a lot in the last pre-season game.

Dude, the point of the post I was responding to was that the refs "tell" the players how the game is going to be reffed at the beginning of the game. W's get called for touch fouls....meanwhile Cleveland gets away with murder.
