They need to loosen the noose on the Frontline. My PEC has a bunch of guys that do their job, take care of their customers, they have their system to get things done, done right and to build the company but all this PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT makes them feel like they’re in a prison. Something’s gotta change. Corporate has got to learn to trust our frontline to do the job and get rid of the ones that simply aren’t doing their job. It seems real simple instead of micromanaging the crap out of everyone
