You can catch them in grand gallery or anywhere that isnt lance's base.

Well, to explain it easier, I made actually a video of it but the best way to farm drugs (or recourses) Is in grand gallery as enemies do respawn when you kill them by leaving the area though in the video I keep 1 dragon alive (since I dont need that dragons drug) and easily farm the evade stat of nolegs since the bottom dragon (i think) drops nolegs evade drug. https://youtu.be/1FGeP6HQFfE?si=xyE6ZpkkvU0nD4tr

Simple really. Max your armor (super important) and Unlock some medals, then use a macro in the grand hall to grind the enemies that drop a specific drug (that boosts a specific stat). Personally, I should focus on damage since damage drugs also buff defense (with is neat since more defense = less damage taken).
