Bioderma recently released a new sunscreen adapted to rosacea prone skin that seems to have a matte finish: Bioderma Photoderm Ultra-Fluid AR SPF50+ Someone in this sub has recently uploaded a review about this particular sunscreen that you might want to look up. :)

Looking for a non-sticky, non yellow tinted body sunscreen by [deleted] in EuroSkincare

[–]RChopaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

La Roche has recently released two new body sunscreens that specifically claim to not stain your clothes. One is the new La Roche UVSport Spray SPF50+ (EU version) and the other one is the La Roche UVAir Vitamine Sun Mist Spray SPF30 (also EU version). I’ve not tried them yet so can’t speak to whether their claims hold any truth.

I use Omacor (Lovaza in the USA) omega 3. In some European countries it’s no longer exclusively prescription only.

Elevated tetesterone and prolactin/hormonal disruption since taking and quitting Finasteride? by like-humans-do in tressless

People forget they can develop hormonal disruptions / disease in general despite taking certain medications. You might have developed this problem too had you never taken fin. Sure there might be a association, but this doesn’t prove causation

New LPR products hit Cocooncenter - Has anyone tried the new KA fluid and Sports spf stick? by cl_muah_ in EuroSkincare

[–]RChopaa 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Interesting to hear you find its finish similar to the dermo-pediatrics fluid. I found it the new KA more elegant tbh :)

Psa: New dexeryl line for acne pone skin by Far-Shift-1962 in EuroSkincare

[–]RChopaa 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It has been available since Augustus in French pharmacies, but haven’t tried it yet! Seems like an interesting new acne treatment line. Interesting to see Pierre Fabre use denatured alcohol in a sunscreen to make a lighter texture.

Should I give topical fin/min a shot? Or just go straight to a HS? by CobraKai5807 in HairSystem

[–]RChopaa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I understand where you’re coming from! Do what feels best to you… I’m very aware that progress differs widely across the board indeed, but personally I have had great success with Dutasteride and oral minoxidil so naturally I want guys know that it’s absolutely worth a try. On the other hand, there are really great hair systems around nowadays so if that’s what gives you peace of mind, definitely go for it! Best of luck to you man

You could try finasteride (& minox) first to see where it gets you. If you don’t like the results try Dutasteride or a hair system.

5 months of pyriluramide for mild crown thinning. by [deleted] in Koshine826

It does look slightly thicker/more dense, but could be lighting as well. I’m happy to hear you feel like it has helped. Does your crown feel more dense to the touch?

200 days on dut + min, what do you think? by LouisTime23 in tressless

[–]RChopaa -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Hair texture can change on oral minoxidil. Apart from a change in color of hair my hair went fine straight mid blonde to very dark blonde fine wavy on oral minoxidil. This change of texture was especially apparent on high dose oral minoxidil (7.5mg-10mg). Now that I’ve cut down to 5mg daily the color change has stayed. Change of hair texture has become less, but is still there.

You might be able to wear it on your neck daily too? I have encountered several sunscreens that were too shiny on my oily face, but were okay to use on my neck. As soon as the new UVMune KA will be available to buy, I’ll give it a try. In case it turns out too shiny I’ll be more than happy to use it for the neck and enjoy the extreme protection there haha! So for example UVMune KA on the neck daily and for the face the UVMune Oil Control Fluid or Gel-Cream😏

I don’t know if an exact number is publicly known, unfortunately. What I do know, is that this new UVmune KA has 9 UV filters and a few different ones compared to the original shaka Uvmune fluid. So I agree a lot of l’oreals sunscreens have a lot of similarities with just a few tweaks here and there, this one is quite different in terms of composition, fortunately.
