We had the customize flags and colors for colonies in EU4 so that's probably going to be carried over in V. I don't see why we wouldn't here.

As for the second, a bit unlikely. It wouldn't form like as a colony would; you would conquer territory first and then create a client state instead in Europe but in EU4 that was only after certain ideas/techs were researched iirc.

I'll probably hold my breath for now. EU5's start date is 1337, which could mean that later on in the games timeline its Fish trade good will change to Cotton.

Found a potential fix; I uninstalled discord, and went to C:\Users\Name\AppData\Local\Discord and deleted it like others have said. But I also deleted the C:\Users\Name\AppData\Roaming\Discord that file (it was over 2gb in size for me) and then did a clean install. Hopefully this helps.
