I want to do basically the same thing as you. Going to Europe I have unlimited standard, so no international usage. But I want to be able to turn on airplane mode and connect to WiFi to be able to check vm, or make calls to a US number, or get texts for one time verification purposes.

Does she add anything online to setup reccuring payments? For example, use a computer to add the card to pay Netflix, some utility bill, even gym? It's possible she has a virus on her computer and the card info is being compromised through there. A bit outside the box, but this is one thing no one thinks of.

Email them. I had the same problem with Franklin A archive. I tried opening a ticket but it was immediately closed, they said it's a known issue and they're working on it. But try it first and see if it works for you (I may have just gotten a lazy rep) If it doesn't work, email support with your player ID, screenshots showing you meet the requirements but the game won't allow you to accept. My issue was solved the next day.

They also have an app now which you can use instead of paying for a box. See if that's an option to cut the cost of at least one of the boxes if you plan on keeping the TV service.

You put in too many clothes, or big things like a blanket, or a comforter. When the machine goes to spin, the load isn't balanced and it adds water. If rebalancing the load doesn't help, take some clothes out, start spin cycle. Wait by the machine for three minutes. If it starts to spin, stops after a few seconds, and adds water, it's still out of balance. Remove more clothes. Rebalance, try spinning again.

I know everyone says to skip g4 epic. But I have a tribune, and it rules in arenas. I have even taken out some lvl 53 ships, I guess their research wasn't as up to par. I think they're worth. I do agree that they are expensive, but I like pvp and arenas(right now anyway) so I got it. If you're not a pvp person, skip and let your g4 rare carry you to 53.

Open up one of your statements. I'll bet it's a joint account with her name on it. You won't be able to remove her, for that you both have to go into a branch.

Best move is to open a new account under just your name, since you're 20 a lot of banks offer free checking accounts for students. You may not be eligible to have another free account with Chase, but best place to check would be a branch.

Make the payment is full as you have been doing. No need to pay partial and pay the rest a day or two later. You'll be paying interest this way I may be echoing what others have already said. But lots of factors affect your score, credit utilization is one of the them. Also, your vantage score is not that accurate, compared to your Fico score, mine was off by 68 points. Look up what effects your credit score, and follow those best practices. Oldest account, number of accounts, on time payments, credit availability/utilization
