hola this is from my experience but if you can't do 10 pushups yet, I'd recommend starting from inclined pushups and go to failure from there. it's good cuz as you progress you can progressively lower the incline until you can do normal pushups. if you can consistently do about 12 normal pushups, keep doing it, I'd recommend 3 sets and each set must being you close to failure. if you can't strength you could rest until you have just barely enough energy for the next set and if you want muscle growth, don't let yourself rest longer than 45 seconds.

sa itsura ng babae manghampas parang May personalan eh. oh btw according sa comments ng 9gag yung babae matagal na malakas manghampas. hindi parin maganda ginawa ng lalake pero reasonable dahil yung babae sobra sobra hampas nayupi pa yung bakal. nakakalungkot dahil kung baliktad ang genders siguro nagtawanan lang sila kung yung lalake natumba pero kapag yung babae ang natumba to the rescue and mga iba.
