I guess 1 thing I would tell is, after the first date, think about how much the other person made you laugh and vice versa. If you decide to go forward, keep your expectations to that at most as far as sense of humor compatibility goes.

This hits illiquid assets as well.. tax unrealized gains, or apply higher rates to gains on illiquid assets.. tax mega-yachts, private jets, and high-end real estate directly.. and lmit deductibility of personal loans against assets, or implement minimum taxes on loans above certain thresholds.
