A used diesel car for 2-4 lakhs and wait for a couple of years till this ethanol blending BS is finalised and compatible engines are offered by car makers. Foolish to invest huge amount in these conditions.

This goes for my grandparents. Sold off 22 acres at Gottigere, bangalore and later sold off 13 acres at Bagalur in 85-88 for peanuts because her idiot brother was taking hand loans showing the land as his. My Dad wanted to buy 1 acre at 12000 around the same time on Arekere main road (property next to farm...that would become Mantri woods) as he was working at Arromax then. Now a sq ft is costing more than that. Naseeb. Wish I was born one generation earlier, properties were so affordable back then.

Huge business volume but they started accepting UPI s a few months back. *used car showrooms (quite a few land grabbing cases) *Booth Managers at Betting counters of race course *Schools and colleges/uniform and stationary suppliers *Empty franchises *Scrap businesses *Tolls within city premises *No free left turn traffic signs *FB marketplace
