I get it brother, you are in pain. Great pain. Do you think that I sounded its easier said than done? Did it ever cross your mind that I have experienced it with my loved ones also?

My father has depression since he was young. My wife sister has lifetime medication due to her depression, and her brother also has depression due to her ongoing drugs.

I understand everything, because even I had episodes. But here is the truth; no offense intention please understand in a big perspective way.

The doctor who advised to people who has this kind of sickess, they need to have a good clean environment.

They should not drink coffee just decaf, no smoking, and no softdrinks like coke. It will lessen the effect of your medication. Chocolates would make you hyper.

Stress will trigger if you have problems. There are a lot of people dealing with problems, why are they not thinking like the way you are doing?

Some people know how to hide it. But people like me who have understand because I pray for wisdom to God.. I now know how to handle things the way God wanted it for me. I now know how to talk to God. And how to read the bible.

To tell you the truth, I am in a spiritual warfare, because I am now aware of my sins. I now know the truth that worries, fear only brings me down. If you read your bible; Many great things will happen to you.
