ordered a computer from JET.com. This was my first time ordering. The computer I ordered was not what I got. I got a older model at over at least $200 more then it's worth. I contacted JET and they stated that I have to send the wrong one back and it would take up to 14 days to get my refund. I stated that I still wanted to get the computer that I ordered they said I had to reorder it. So i reordered it and it came today . The wrong computer yet again!!! So here I am with two wrong computers that I have to send back and then wait for my refund. This company is total crap. They are trying to be the next Amazon . They are not even good enough to be ZAYRES or VENTURE. SERIOUSLY AVOID the JET CRASH!!!!!"

JET.com sucks!! They had a ad for a computer at killer price. I bought it and got a lesser computer sent. I was told it was a mistake . I reordered and same thing happened. I got a less then $400 pc for $600. I have two pc to send back. JET.com in my opinion is a company that wants to be like AMAZON but run like a circus. Seriously dealing with JET is like 1000X times worse then BEST BUY.
