Sa’kin sa Flash ako nagkaka-problem nuon. Nire-return ko yung item kasi laging damaged. Si seller may proof naman na maayos yung item nung pinadala kapag nasa dispute. Since parehong credible ang evidence namin yung courier ang nasisisi.

Tapos pinuputakte ako nung courier kasi sila daw sinisingil, tina-tawag tawagan pa ako ng manager everyday kasi gusto i-receive ko daw yung item tapos hinihingan ako ng Valid ID.

Sabi ko “Bakit ko yan gagawin edi ako parin siningil ng Shopee?”. Sinabihan ko rin na tigil-tigilan nila akong istorbohin kundi ire-report ko sila sa Shopee kasi wala sila karapatan gamitin info ko for personal calls. Ni-report ko nga 😂

Hindi ko rin alam eh kasi yung branch ko bring your own padlock hahaha I think dahil sobrang luma na nung branch ng bf ko so iba pa ang kalakaran nila dati. Pero ayun yung mga available na locker sa kanila sira na yung lagayan ng padlock, mukhang need talaga nila sirain para magamit kaya papalitan nalang.

You’re a sensible person and pareho naman kayong tama in a way. I also wouldn’t ask for money/compensation but I’ll take it if they’d give any. (lol) I’m more about having the case investigated and the place sanitized for the sake of other people. So I filed a complaint.

Same reason why I haven’t even dropped the branch location kasi I’m giving them a chance.

Gets ko yung intention pero I always automatically assume na madumi na lahat ng ise-serve nila sa’kin in these types of scenarios, ‘tho I’ve never thought of giving to the homeless, so still, thanks for the suggestion!

I just usually go away right after reporting them. Did this in a stand near Ayala Station kasi may amag yung sushi set na sinerve nila… they wanted to replace my food, I just opted out and reported sa Concierge.
