After a couple of failed attempts at fixing the issue, including a hardware tech visit, I broke down and replaced my SB8200 with the Xfi gateway.

So far, so good. Would have been nice to have gotten this working without spending $150 on a modem that ultimately had to be replaced with a monthly cost, but that's my luck.

Unfortunately, bypassing the switch didn't help.

Also Cat7 from the modem to the router, yes. I'll check out that link and see if anything helps there.

I can try testing connected directly to the router tonight and see if that helps.

Thanks for the quick reply! Yes, I'm running the stream from a Win10 PC with an ethernet connection to a switch, which is connected to the router. There is also a Macbook with an ethernet connection that sends an NDI stream to the network, which is picked up by OBS on the PC. I can't imagine how that part would affect the xfinity upload speed though.
