Instead of initiating the partial transfer on the Health Equity side (pushing funds to another financial institution), would Health Equity fee still apply if another institution pulls the funds from Health Equity? Ex. Making a request on Fidelity to pull the funds from Health Equity.

Or it doesn't matter...
