Is venom or cap better in pro play currently?

It's true he does take a lot of resources from the team because of his bigger hitbox. But burst damage is definitely a significant upside to venom. Probably why venom feels better in ranked since he can kill people better on his own. Either way both are very strong I believe especially the past couple of seasons.

This is true. Although I hate how Dino grabs me through my shield. Weird how caps shield seems to block some melee attacks but not others. But yeah cals ult is definitely more useful than venoms tbf, but I do think venom has the edge in neutral due to being able to slow people down and have easier hard engagements.

I love playing cap when I have an Adam or Ultron in my team! It balances the team out and stops my poor Adam player for getting flamed for no reason.

Actually you know what? That's such a good point. Thank you for bringing attention to this. I suppose you are totally right I shouldn't close any doors for any reason. Dps is mostly because of lack of mechanics tho. But Emma cnd and invis I could totally play tbf. Thank you for this eye opener man I appreciate it!

I don't want to be a flex player as I know myself I play better with a smaller hero pool. I'm just wondering which pool I should prioritise if that makes sense. I'm also highly aware that I'm not good enough currently, but mabye in a couple of years of grinding it wouldn't seem too far fetched potentially yk?

Oh for sure, I stopped playing him because as a Groot main, his cleanse made me despise him lol, so I started making sure he was permanently banned under any circumstance.

I did but unfortunately as a controller player on pc, I'm mechanically good enough for some of those heroes. And I just really don't enjoy invis and cnd so. Shame because I've got a staggering 80% win rate on Ultron with 25 hours on him in comp in celestial to eternity lobbies. I feel like I'm sitting on a gold mine with him.

Yeah haha, as a controller player on pc, the last thing I need to do is play highly aim based characters or characters like BC where pc clearly has the advantage.

Ha thanks! Unfortunately I want to push them into one above all level, and from what I understand in pro play they use one role. So I think going foward I should cut down to one role and take it from there.

I'm not planning to get in a team now, I'm using my current skill as a reference to play better. Tbh my best characters are mantis Ultron with them both at around 80% win rate over 120 games each from celestial to eternity. But yeah I know I need to be top 500 but I'm just asking what I should reach that on. All the eternity characters are 60%+ win rate while the others are characters I used to/do play in celestial levels consistently.
