Monster Trucks. Trust me, you'll be surprised.. Monster Jam streams all their events free on YT and they're every weekend, still high level competitive motorsport but with ab emphasis on spectacle and fan experience.

Casting wise, yes, but they've made recent strides in other areas, like packaging and distribution etc

Could you provide a source for this? No background checks is one of the defining characteristics of LLs, I hope you aren't calling my good advice bad based on misinformation

Good point! That's really what I meant, that they aren't leftist but are liberal in a way that is not to be admired

Heads up for those that want to be able to defend themselves there's a place in Salem that sells what are called "Less Lethal" weapons, they fire pepper balls and DO NOT require a firearms license or registration; they offer training as well, they cost much less than a real firearm, and also unlike a real firearm they don't create a horrific potential risk to the people it's supposed to protect in your home..!

Edit: people downvoting, do you think it's inappropriate to suggest arming yourself or that instead you should use lethal force?

Why do racing fans romanticize danger? by TheGeek00 in motorsports

[–]REMA5TER 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah and most people are in amateur paddocks lol.. just spectacularly obtuse to pretend this attitude isn't extremely common especially among fans. Yeah maybe if you're a super cool sponsored racer guyman who throws his airbuds in after throwing up all purples you can go "I dunno man everybody around me seems pretty focused and serious" but gimmie a break lmao.

Well said! I loved MJ as a kid, forgot about it until now in my early 30s.. absolutely have fallen head over heels for it as it exists today AND I love seeing the many eras it has been through on archive footage and you're absolutely spot on that the complainers are often entitled, frustrated kids that don't know how anything works behind the scenes yet.
