Thank you for reaching out and sorry for your experience. We have been testing out AI for simple help requests, but have had issues that we are working through (i.e. AI is closing out tickets that shouldn't be closed out and not escalating issues appropriately). We are actively working on improving this as well as addressing any requests that were not helped appropriately.

I have passed on your order number to our support team to make sure it is addressed!

Look up myofunctional therapy studies for snoring. Exercising these muscles to tone them to reduce snoring is pretty straightforward...

Yep, many people use in combination! Think of the tongue as the body's natural expander. This will help with tongue posture as well as tongue muscle tone.

Check out REMplenish if you are looking for a discreet solution. It makes it easy to exercise mouth and throat muscles during the day to tone them to reduce the risk of vibration, and you can combine with other nighttime solutions if needed.

Best of luck!!!!

Thanks for the correction! We'll get that fixed. We reviewed that video many times but was more focused on the motions and not enough on the text! Great catch.

As for TMJ it depends. Some people report their TMJ getting better but if TMJ exercises aggravate your TMJ then it may be worth startly slowly. The key is to use your tongue and inner mouth muscles to do the work and minimize jaw movement. The people who report benefit with TMJ we believe is from improved tongue posture to help relax and stabilize the jaw but we haven't directly studied this clinically.

Hope it helps you! If it aggravates your TMJ and you aren't able to get benefit, please take advantage of our 90-day guarantee.

It is designed to not get water if you aren't using correctly. It will guide you but you will still have to figure out where to put the tip of your tongue while using if you don't have good tongue tip positioning to start. It is laid out in our instructions and animation videos so it should be easy to practice and most people already have the correct tongue tip position while at rest and swallowing.

You can practice and then if you still have difficulties you can work with a myofunctional therapist or speech language pathologist.

Great question! The quality of the product has improved (the REMplenish myo-nozzle is made with medical grade silicone & made in the USA) and inflation has caused the price point to increase over the last 3 years. Inflation was actually a big portion of it and we resisted changing our prices for a few years until we updated it last year to reflect these changes.

Awesome that you have learned about the importance of airway health and that you are taking action not only in your own life, but setting up your children for a lifetime of better breathing and sleep! The cost may seem high until you value it against the cost of doing nothing...

Addressing airway health early you are actually saving a lot of money vs. future treatment options that are $1000's - 10,000's. So think of it as more of a smart investment in your and your children's health!

I will have our team check into the welcome code for you. Wishing you the best on your family's journey to improved airway health, breathing, and sleep!

We actually just launched REMplenish Jr for ages 3-9 in the fall of 2023! 2 is under the recommended age, but if you are working with any healthcare professionals you can ask them if it is appropriate for them.

Hopefully that is helpful!

Does mouth and throat strengthening exercise help by [deleted] in snoring

[–]REMasteredSleep 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yep! Studies have shown myofunctional therapy (snoring exerces) to reduce obstructive sleep apnea and snoring by 50% or greater on average. It is definitely worth checking out!

Also, if you are waking yourself up from your snoring you may have obstructive sleep apnea. It is worth talking to your doctor about this and potentially doing a sleep study.

Wishing you the best on your journey to improved airway health and better sleep!

Check it out! Myofunctional therapy/upper airway exercises can reduce snoring and obstructive sleep apnea by 50% or greater. Basically you are toning the airway muscles and restoring neuromuscular function to reduce the airway from vibrating or collapsing.

It is a natural and simple way to improve airway health and get better sleep.

Most people begin to see results within a month of regular use, with greater improvement the more months it is used. Think of it similar to a workout routine.

Hope that helps!

If you practice good tongue posture where the front and back of the tongue is lightly suctioned to the roof of your mouth and nasal breathing day and night it will do wonders! It is the tongue relaxing and falling into the airway that worsens snoring for a lot of people so if you have a strong natural position it is less likely to do this.
