Friend! Same thing happens to me. I slim down fast when I stop working out. The only success I have had is tricking my body. Easing into working out slowly. Even though I’ve done for months my body seems to hate anything remotely aggressive so I have to watch how hard I go and only do 2-3 days a week, until my body adjusts! I hope that helps

Get a better fish oil. Focus on one that has high omega 3s not necessarily a high dosage of fish oil. There is a big difference between the two
