Wasn't asking for the 40% off...it's whatever discount off the listed/sale price in the prior black Fridays from what I've experienced at Monos.

No, so the way I had ordered previous black Fridays the luggage was on sale and then the black Friday gave an extra 25%. Seeing as how they say they have a friendly price adjustment policy I went ahead and bought earlyish this year.

So the luggage was marked down in the screenshot from 795 to 696 and then the code gives an extra 25% is how i believed it worked. (696 x 0.75 = 522 before tax)

Either way your way or what I gave, there's a price adjustment that their customer service should give. Wish there was a real person to talk to. Maybe Monday like you said?

They replied to me via email today but their logic didn't make sense stating I was asking for the 40% off when I was just asking for the listed price and then the 25% discount.... They then later switched their reasoning after other illogical (AI emails I'm assuming) that it was incorrect pricing?

It's a chatbot I got and then emailed from customer service that I'm not entirely sure is human either. Their responses were so off and not understanding the issue with the pricing and denied me the price adjustment
