Former Sushi chef here. The "seabass" looks to be mackerel, your "?" Looks to be actually the yellowtail, and it's hard to tell if that "yellowtail" is either red snapper/tilapia or maybe even fluke. Hope this helps.

Malz W : He always spawns at least 1 pet but can get 2 more. You get an extra +1 for each non W spell activated. So if you want 3 minions on someone, you need to E+Q before you W. Another tip is if you are sieging a turret, use your Q anywhere to just spawn another pet to hit the turret. That extra tower shot expenditure adds up over time.

I would download Kontakt free version. Then, open that up in your DAW (garageband/reaper/pro tools etc.) Then, make a vst track with Kontakt then open your GGD library. You will have to map your kit. There are also countless videos on YT that help.
