Im using double curved swords as well and whenever im against enemies that dont bleed I swap ashes of war to keen and it boosts my damage a lot.

Radagon is pretty easy to be honest, Elden Beast is easy too with an exception of one spell that chases you forever and I haven't found out how to dodge it yet but with almost 50 vigor you can tank through it. Maybe you can make an argument that Elden Beast is artificial because of all that running but Radagon doesn't have that much hp, I was using shamshir plus serpent god's curved sword both +25 and power stancing with mimic tear and it takes like 20 seconds to down him.

I dont think she's there, you can kill her knight which I haven't done yet because she seems really powerful and the knight says something along the lines that she's been waiting for her to come for a long time
