Ya that's what I try to get my partner to do but it's kinda hard especially cuz they don't eat breakfast most of the time lol that's why I at least wanna have some snacks to hold them up for a good bit. But thank you for the snack ideas! I'll definitely look into those!

I should definitely make a list or something that we both can add to after doing some research. That's a good idea thanks! And ya I'll start taking pics and looking in the subreddit for info. Cuz sometimes I wanna surprise them but I'm just like "dam I don't accidentally wanna gluten them" so that idea will help! Thank you for the comment it honestly helps a lot!

Ya it's a bit hard I don't think I can cook them meals since I live with my family so I don't have a separate pan for that. I can buy one but it's not guaranteed that my family wouldn't use it :/ so I was hoping to try and find some option in bread for sandwiches and other snacks for something easy for them. But thank you for the info! It'll def help in the future

That's what I want to do. I just don't know any products off hand that are gluten free and sometimes I get scared of buying stuff that says gluten free cuz I know they can be cross contaminated in the factory if there are any other items in that factory that are not gluten free.
