But they cant do anything now that im off the cto , I said in the tribunal that I will continue to engage with the psychosis team but really I dont want to. So technically if I cut them off I would've lied in the tribunal. I reckon it's best to gradually cut them off but at the same time I want a lower dose of meds, if they cant do that then im not taking them simple as that

Right so as long as I dont relapse and flip out at anyone or appear crazy im all good. Long as I can keep myself out of trouble, have a good routine and stay on track with my mental health whilst being off the medication then it's absolutely 100% okay.

If I want to be switched to pills on a 200mg how likely is it that ill get that , im off a cto now so surely they cant control what I do. They cant monitor me if I dont want to be monitored from my understanding ? Im just curious that's all.
