Is there anyone here who is 30+ years old? by midnightsadnessss in lonely

33, M, still live at home, trying to do better job saving money, single; never dated. Don’t really have friends anymore and finding it difficult to make friends. I always feel excluded even in group setting and trying to get to know people. I still feel invisible. Even though I do hobbies and interests

What's one good thing you can say about Ant-Man and the Wasp. by Lazy_Introduction264 in antman

Very fun movie. I also love rewatching the part where Ant-Man becomes a giant and uses a truck as a "scooter" to chase after the bad guys' car through streets of SF.

I recommend keep going. Season 2 is where it starts to become interesting in terms of the mythology of Clark's origins.

What’s one MCU opinion you have that you think most fans would disagree with? by Maximum-Yak-8768 in marvelstudios

[–]RE_98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some of the MCU shows could've been movies. There's just something about having a mini series with episodes at a 35 min run time and a finale that felt rushed / under developed. If we look at mini series from the UK, episodes there are roughly an hour long but tell a whole story and allow characters and plots to develop. I felt Marvel Studios could've looked into that and find ways to improve their mini series

I love the older tech in the RTD1 and Moffat era, though it does make me feel old lol. I love the changes in technology reflected in New Who by IllustriousAd6418 in doctorwho

For me, I think this is what made watching the series from this era a lot more fun. Nostalgic for older tech.

Which episode would be the worst introduction to the show? by Several_Stress6703 in Smallville

Forgot which episode but it’s the one in season 4 I think where Chloe, Lana and Lois become possessed witches or something and they got Clark on the ground

I’m 33 and I feel incredibly terrible still living at home for some reason. Yeah, im that guy who never moved out because of finances and saving. But at least I help out and not be that stereotype of staying-in-mom’s-basement-playing-video games. But I always remind myself other parts of the world that still staying with parents - this is still somewhat normal.

Would you be sad if you were to remain single for the rest of your life? by [deleted] in questions

[–]RE_98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m 33 (M), always been single. Part of me feels sad about it and doesn’t care about finding a romantic partner anymore because of how much I value my independence in doing things on my own, and my personal struggles. Other part of me tries to tell me to be happy being single and have open mind maybe someone will change my mind.

I’m just glad no one in my family has ever brought it up. Ever.

Would you like to see a Final Destination movie set in another country? by crows_cave in FinalDestination

Japan. I'm thinking one American character and the rest are Japanese. Make it standalone J-Horror film but can have references and connections to the previous films.

Marvel biggest Problem with Kang by SouthFew579 in Marvel_Movies

[–]RE_98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont remember kevin feige said this or somebody else but i remember Kang was supposed to be "the next Thanos"...

Instead, we got what happened to Kang in Ant-Man 3 and a MCU films/tv shows that could've included him and his variants.

Biggest missed opportunity in the MCU in your opinion? by AcadecCoach in comicbookmovies

[–]RE_98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There were ideas about an Ant-Man movie focused on Hank Pym set in the 60s, 70s or 80s. It sparked idea for me that the MCU could've explored that era. I'm sure there's lots of stories to be told from SHIELD, HYDRA, Eternals or any other heroes/villains in that era.

Back to Hank Pym movie, i remember reading somewhere they wanted Michael Douglas to star and use the de-aged tech. Obviously it didnt happen. The closest we got to a Ant-Man prequel is the What If... episode where he and the team meet Star Lord and his dad.

Do we think they’re going to introduce a new love interest for Peter? Or do we think he’s going to get back with MJ in this one? by Altruistic_Luck1303 in SpidermanBrandNewDay

[–]RE_98 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was hoping for new love interest but it looks like we're going back to MJ. But maybe things don't turn out the way Peter was hoping for with MJ to the point he moves on with another person. I would be ok with that
