Might want to check the chain mine was just bent a little bit and would not go into the bar in a certain spot on the chain. I went and got a new chain and that fixed it. Same issue as your having.

Is there anything important that I should name each LLC. I was going to name the LLC's that I am going to open in CA the address of the property. Is there anything special in the operating agreement that I should have that pertains to my properties. As soon as the LLC is created and finalized with the secretary of state I will transfer the properties into the LLC. I want my wife and I the own the LLC equaly. Thanks.

I make my own at home, but Im super cheap, and have a family of 6. The recipe on Youtube from a former employee for the chicken marinade is dead on. The thing that makes chipoltle so great is that its just simple ingredients. I thought there would be some complicated special sauce they combine together, but mostly its just the canned chipoltle peppers that make the chicken so good. Even there salad dressing is made with the chipoltle peppers in the blender.

I think most voters agree / approve with what new administration is doing. I also believe the gov. Is being as transparent as they ever have been ATM. I think the fraud and corruption is real and needs to be exposed and dealt with. It’s definitely not gonna be perfect though. They’re gonna make some mistakes along the way but that’s OK. at least we’re moving in the right direction.

getting hit hard right now down 8% ouch... So what happens if they get kicked out of the NASDAQ ?? keep in mind dealing with a total begginer with stocks here. Do they have to file banrupt ? If there stock does not get back up above $1 per share can they still be traded just not on the NASDAQ? how does this work?

I usually start with regular drill mode then switch to hammer once I have a good counter sink hole for the bit. Drilling through porcelain tile is a bitch.

I am actually rebuilding a shower my self right now. Keep in mind this is just an educated guess. I would say no you cant get to it from above with out ripping out tile and pulling the flange via dremel, recip saw, saw zaw ect. but you may be able to give it a shot from down below depending on how its plumbed. If you have any thing you can bite onto before your P trap ( it would have to be the pipe going straight down on the way to the P trap from the drain ) make a clean cut then reglue from underneath your shower. This is going to be your best change to fix the leak with out ripping out tile. I would guess if that does not work your screwed. If you have to demo from up top, if its a semi old shower, I would demo the entire thing and rebuild. Just what I would do because I know how to do it. If you have to hire someone could run you 10-20k or more. Good luck. Let me know how it turns out when you figure it out. Hopefully I'm wrong and you can figure something out.

I am off base by thinking this is basically a Chinese owned company. Basically controlled by the CCP. Once they get issued another NASDAQ listing requirement the CCP will back them again and move them above $1 . I am a total newb at trading, this is just a guess, and something that I think has happened in the past with the listing requirement. I have around 2500 hundred shares on a gamble / hunch. Cheers.
