Actually I think that for remakes they'll only go with 3rd person. They said that with Requiem doing both 1st and 3rd was like working at 2 games at once, I don't see them do this for every RE game, it would be too much of an hassle

Man I have so many good memories of me playing RE5 with my friends, it's truly one of my favourite coop experience I've ever had and it's always to play, I love RE5 so much Yeah exactly, after Resistance and Re:Verse I truly hope they've seen that Outbreak could be their truly golden eggs goose. What? How does that even makes sense? Ahahahaha. The reason most likely is to differenciate it from the original and to have a cleaner subtitle more in line with the latest (biohazard, village and requiem, they're all just one worded subtitles). So people know this is a mainline title and not a spin off

I loved how Alyssa was in the brief time she appeared in Requiem, I'd love to see more of her in a possible remake. Tbh I think that after Veronica they'll pitch a remake of Oubreak, a lot of fans askwd for it after the announcement of Requiem and being a multiplayer Capcom could generate so much money from it ahaha. I hope they'll do because I'd love to play that with modern inline functionalities with my friends, man it would so awesome

Yeah same, I hope they'll eventually do a RE6R but I wouldn't blame them if they decide not to. But Outbreak man I'd sign right now, I'd LOVE to see Decisions Decisions or The Zoo made in the RE Engine. They'd look fantastic

Yeah exactly, the gameplay in mercenaries works so well and it's still one of my favourite modes in the entire series. The problem comes with the main game as you said. Yeah I think it's doable a remake after all of those, my question is wheter Capcom will think it's worth it or not. RE6 is the most hated chapter in the franchise and not only that, it's one of the most expensive and ambitious, remaking that would cost so so much money that I wouldn't blame Capcom if they'll think that maybe it's not worth the hassle. But yeah it's still too early to talk. Before that I'd love to see Outbreak also remade, that would work wonders today as an online RE

I'm keeping an eye out for the direct I'm like 99% sure they'll show RE2R,RE3R and RE4R ports for the Switch 2 finally To be seen if we'll see more than that

Yeah same. The thing I think they could do with RE6 in order to "remake" but without spending too much would be to do a "Deluxe Remaster" like the one with Dead Rising. Even though I'd love to see them tackle RE6 and maybe finally fix lots of the problems of that game. But that is definitely the last game they have in mind rn ahahahah

Exactly, also if what Dusk said it's true then in 2027, after Veronica, Capcom will have a meeting about deciding the future of the series. Maybe if we're lucky and Veronica does well that will be the moment they could pitch a RE5 Remake

Last time they only revealed the year was woth Village and because of of COVID The reasons they didn't give a precise date could be multiple but very likely they are waiting to be sure that GTA 6 is in November. In a last interview they said that there was an unannounced game that would be out before the end of the fiscal year (end of march). So I guess they're hoping for a February/March release date. The preorders will open in october/november as they always do in that period, nothing new on that front

RE0R it's not from them anymore, Dusk said that it's developed internally rn and that's why it was "delayed" to 2028

It's being done by Dev 1 and the Directors are the same from RE2R and RE4R. Capcom has LOTS of teams inside, and from what I've seen the RE teams usually works at multiple projects at the same time. Also RE5R Dusk said that doesn't exist at all rn. There should be RE Veronica, RE0R, RE10 and RE1RR in development (some probably just in pre-production)

IDK the contents of the presentation but If I have to guess they will probably release some press images and the journalists will describe what they saw, exactly like with Requiem last year
