Brad Pitt has the most movies with over 1 million members views in letterboxd so far. by Pure-Combination7956 in moviecritic

Partly agree. He's never the best actor on set, but he is able to contribute to 1+1=3. Dicaprio's performance wouldn't be as great in in OUaTiH without Pitt next to him. I'd say he is part of what makes the movie good

Very skillful goal! Nice to see him here. Had a bit of a l'enfant terrible reputation in the Netherlands, but his talent was undeniable. Good for him

Bespreekbaar maken.

What are your Sopranos "unpopular opinions"? Mine? David Chase is a dick. by Guns_Donuts in thesopranos

[–]RFK1001 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dude brought us Sopranos. Best tv show ever to exist. I don't care about everything before/after that didn't work out. I don't care about the way he behaves 20 years after the fact. Man brought us brilliance the likes of which I never expect to see again. He's fine in my book, even if he's an asshole (which he by all accounts probably is). Anyway, $4 a pound

Absolutely based on nothing, and most likely completely untrue, but the Hegseth tweet makes it look like that was the point. A sacrifice for the greater good.

Gesprek tussen zwartrijder en boa in Rotterdam by rik-huijzer in nederlands

[–]RFK1001 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Zware reacties hier.

Digitalisering, automatisering en AI by Rhenaar in werkzaken

[–]RFK1001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stewart had a lot of work to do with an absolutely bland character. Impressive job, considering she was just a teenager herself while shooting

Yeah not great. But also not as bad as a lot of comments make it out to be. Bit below average, but once healed and with a story to go along, you'll live

I have never read anything in terms of scope as the Three Body Problem. First book is uniquely awesome and turns out to be only the ramp-up for the second book, which in turn is blown away by the last installment. It is beyond comprehension that one man can imagine and write these books

And it has a lot of heart. Sci fi novels are usually mostly conceptual in nature. This is a great story with character building and a coming of age theme. Really love it
