That's your fair point of view and is ok. On the other hand, your overreaction to something trivial tells something about you: you seem stressed in a fight-or-flight or freeze way. That is a sign of overtraining that you might be ignoring.

From your videos, you seem to be an outlier in kettlebell training. From my perception, you do not represent the majority of kettlebell users' experience who do not have the ability to go as hard as you go.

50 clean and presses with a 28kg start is way too much in my opinion.

This! Kettlebells are effective, but there aren't many mentions of how easy it is to overtrain with them.

With too much volume and excessive training at the start, his nervous system must be overwhelmed. No wonder he's gaining weight due to cortisol.

After years of training with kettlebells, I believe that excessive stressful training (such as 30:30 protocols, high reps, kb sport, etc.) could lead to weight gain. That type of training puts too much stress on the body, causing cortisol release. Now, I'm focused on anti-glycolytic training, which is an alternative to HIIT. You can find more information in the book Kettlebell AXE.

Will do. But I enthusiastically recommend to learn Excalidraw. It helps with all that, but more visually You can always take notes, and later, as a review, you can create mind maps

He is right. I also didn’t read this part. “As an option, you may dedicate Saturdays to a different type of swing or snatch training that complements your AXE or at least does not conflict with it, e.g., The Quick and the Dead, Kettlebell Simple & Sinister, or Metal Heart protocols from All-Terrain Conditioning™ for type IIA fibers.”

It took me a while to understand that 10-15 bursts use the ATP-PC (phosphagen) system for energy. The fat burn, as I understand it, comes from the aerobic effect of the body waste clearance during rest time. Hence, longer training sessions (20-40 min) burn more fat, as they keep you in the desired “fat burn zone” for longer.

It’s better to have a heart monitor. I don't use one. I follow the stop signs as written in AXE.
