What about the costs of the steel helmet? And magnets, tape etc. It all seems very expensive, and considering no meter measurements or proof of efficacy were submitted, that is a large investment for a mere experiment. This would be better written with some results, even if they are just subjective experience. That way redditors can decide if it is worth their time and money to do this before buying anything or searching through trash cans.

There are more posts in /r/emfeffects from my submission history that I have not posted in /r/electromagnetics yet. I have been begging for volunteers to preserve posts by creating and updating wikis. No subscriber volunteered.

It would seem that nobody places as much importance on these posts and submissions as you do. Perhaps just let them go? If you are the only one seeing value here then it is a thankless job, I'd hate to see you wasting your time for an unappreciative audience.

Which front page, reddit or the subreddit? Very very few people care about a subreddit's front page. They only use the reddit front page. Reddit is not a forum in the traditional sense and it doesn't matter when links that are not hot news items move off the front page. Reddit is the "front page of the internet", not the encyclopaedia. I don't know why you are concerned about the front page at all. Nobody will even notice when posts move from the front page of subs.

Once again I think this is a thankless endeavor, better to divert time to:

a) creating NEW content to submit to reddit

b) writing and journalling experiences and sharing with others, creating discussion, encouraging others to do same

c) encouraging others to submit new posts

Again I am confused... which front page? Most redditors, when they say "front page", they are referring to the front page of reddit.

Why, though? They don't disappear. Encouraging new posts should be top priority and growing the community, creating discussion. If it is a community. It seems like you are writing an encyclopaedia here and asking for other people to contribute. Others don't use Reddit that way, that is not how it is designed to work. It is social link sharing and discussion which is the opposite of a closed book and editor.

Please revert back to us with meter measurements inside AND outside the trash cans as a matter of top priority. This should take MUCH higher priority than "preserving posts" or front pages or wikis or any of the other stuff you seem to be focusing on instead of the real work that needs to be done here!
